Tushar Perkar and Yashvi Sheth bag prizes in competition held by “Gujarat Cleaner Production Centre (GCPC):
Yashvi Sheth and I, Tushar Perkar participated in the competition held by “Gujarat Cleaner Production Centre (GCPC)” which was based on “Interlinking of Academician, Industries and Government Organization on Practically Implementable Research Project on Cleaner Production/ Cleaner Technology/Waste minimization/Pollution Prevention/Resource Efficiency?.
Research projects presented in the competition were as follows:
Tushar Perkar: “Comparative Solvent analysis of Extractive Distillation for separation of n-Heptane/Toluene and Ethanol/Water azeotropic systems”
Yashvi Sheth: “Application of Ionic Liquids in Separation Techniques”
There were total 65 B.Tech final year students from all over Gujarat who actively participated in the competition.
We are glad to share that Tushar Perkar secured 1st position with a prize money of 10,000? and Yashvi Sheth secured 5th position with a prize money of 1,000?.
