To commemorate 25th year of excellence, Department of Chemical Engineering, School of Engineering, Institute of Technology, Nirma University organised a National Webinar on Role of Chemical Analytical Techniques in Research-2020 on Cisco WebEx platform. The event was scheduled on Friday, August 28, 2020 with an aim to provide an interdisciplinary forum for engineers, researchers and student technocrats to discuss and promote research & technology transfer of advances materials in Science & Technology. Free registrations and E-certificate was provided to all the participants. The patron of the webinar were Dr. Sanjay Patel (HoD, Chemical Engineering Department) and Dr. Rajesh N. Patel (In charge-Director, Institute of Technology).The webinar was successfully coordinated by Dr. Neha Patni and Dr. Amita Chaudhary with more than 500 registrations across the country. The participants were from prestigious institutes, including, IITs, BITS Pilani, Central universities, and research organizations. Panel of Speakers included Dr. Ramesh Gardas (Professor, Chemistry, IIT Madras), Dr. Rekha Nair (Professor, Incharge Vice Principal, Dean, Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur) and Mr. Suresh Babu Muttana (Scientist, DST, GoI, India).
