My journey as a Chemical Engineering student at Nirma University has been amazing. The faculty’s support and guidance was not limited to classroom teaching but extended to every aspect of my education, whether it was placement advice, projects, research, or lab work.
Beyond the coursework, I had the chance to participate in a wide range of co-curricular activities, including research paper presentations, college fests, dramatics clubs, and inter-institute competitions.
The experiences from my project developed my skills in unexpected ways, such as applying finance, procurement, and operations principles in my research model for competitions. Motivation and support from my faculties enabled me and my team to present the research work at several national and international conferences. We proudly represented our work and department, and bagged the best paper/presentation award.
The strong placements at Nirma University have been a key factor in my promising start as a newcomer to the industry. Joining Linde Engineering India has been a dream come true, and I’m excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in my career.
As a girl with dreams of becoming a chemical engineer, Nirma provided the perfect blend of academic and co-curricular opportunities. This balance has been instrumental in shaping me into a well-rounded engineer, and I am immensely grateful for the opportunities and experiences I’ve had here.
