When I started studying at Nirma university in 2007, I had multiple anxieties in regards to strictness, friend circles, need for extra tuition and my co-curricular development. But as my course progressed, our Chemical engineering department helped me alleviate all my fears. The course content was well structured and taught in depth – with practical examples. Infrastructure facilitated our co-curricular (and hence holistic) development. Faculty members became our guides and philosophers – helping us every possible way. And some of my best friends are from my batch – further strengthening the alumni network. In hindsight, it was one of my best decisions to pursue chemical engineering at Nirma University.
